Do I need to download an app?

No. Leadatrix is a web-based platform.

Does Leadatrix read my conversations?

Data is processed only to provide the service.

Can I delete leads?

Yes. Leads can be deleted anytime from the website.

Is Leadatrix affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta?

No. Leadatrix is an independent service.

What languages does Leadatrix support?

Leadatrix is optimized for Arabic and English voice and text messages. Additional languages may work, but Arabic and English are the primary supported languages.

What information does Leadatrix extract?

Leadatrix extracts client name, budget, location, property type, number of bedrooms, transaction type (buy/rent/sell/looking for tenant), and any additional notes from voice messages and text.

How do I forward voice notes to Leadatrix?

Simply forward any WhatsApp voice note or text message from your clients to the Leadatrix WhatsApp number. Our AI will automatically extract the lead information and add it to your dashboard.

Does it work with Arabic messages?

Yes! Leadatrix is optimized for both Arabic and English. It can process voice notes and text messages in either language.

How do I change my WhatsApp number?

Go to Profile settings from the dropdown menu (top right), enter your new WhatsApp number twice to confirm, and click Save Changes.

Can I edit lead information?

Yes! Click the Edit button on any lead card in your dashboard to modify client details, add notes, or update the status.

How do I delete a lead?

Click the Delete button on any lead card. You'll be asked to confirm before the lead is permanently deleted.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your 7-day free trial ends, you'll need to upgrade to the Pro plan to continue receiving and accessing leads. Your existing leads will remain safe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing from the dropdown menu and click "Manage Subscription". You'll be redirected to Stripe where you can cancel your subscription.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted and stored securely. Only you can access your leads through your password-protected account.

Can I export my leads?

Export functionality is coming soon! For now, you can view and manage all your leads through the dashboard.
